It is our constant goal to provide a flawless product and customer service experience that gives you confidence and advances the quality of your shoots and projects. All products shipped by us go through multiple stages of stringent quality checks. All our backdrops are shot with Color Calibration tools and images are calibrated using the same tools to provide you an accurate rendition of the colour of the product.

We request you to go through all the product details carefully and ask us if you have any queries before placing an order.

Valid Returns/Replacements:
Return/Replacement requests are only entertained on receiving a product in the following conditions:-

  • Product is dead on arrival.
  • Product has manufacturing defects.
  • Product is damaged during shipment.
  • Wrong product is sent by mistake.

In such cases we request you to bring the issue to our notice within 72 hours of Delivery. We will then initiate a pickup request with our logistics partner to pick up the product from you. Upon receiving the product the issue is thoroughly investigated. If the issue is found to be genuine, a refund/replacement is issued within 24 hours.

If the complaint/issue is found to be incorrect, a refund/replacement will not be processed and the customer bears the responsibility to pay for shipping the product back to them. Or a refund can be initiated after deduction of a 10% restocking fee depending on seller’s discretion. In case of products damaged during shipment, only store credit will be issued as refund.


Invalid Returns/Replacements:
A return/replacement request will not be entertained in the following cases:-

  • Buyer’s Remorse or change of mind
  • Variance in colour within the permissible range of the sRGB Color Gamut i.e. differences in screen colours.
  • Physical damage caused to the product due to improper use
  • If warranty is voided by attempt to repair
  • Original packaging is destroyed
  • Product is not in a re-saleable condition
  • Customised orders
  • In such cases we request you to reach out to us at our customer care numbers and we can try and offer you a solution that works for both the buyer and the seller.


Baroque Studio is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
